The One Thing All Purchase Offers Should Have

WRITING A PURCHASE OFFER
WRITING A PURCHASE OFFER

Multiple offers are more common now than ever before. As such, selling agents are finding creative ways that give their buyers the winning hand. Purchase offers are getting more complicated now than ever before. There are so many different incentives in offers today, including appraisal guarantees, no inspections, escalations clauses just to name a few. Nowadays, cash offers are losing some of their appeal when compared to offers filled with considerable buyer concessions.

When you’re on the listing side, presented with a slew of offers, it’s daunting to go through them all when all you really need at least initially, are the main points to present to sellers before you start digging into the nitty gritty.  Just as important as including proof of funds, you should always include a summary page.with your offers.

Many brokerages are now encouraging their agents to fill out a summary submission form to their admin, but you should also send an OFFER SUMMARY SUBMISSION FORM along with your offers to listing agents. Doing so, will highlight the best features of your offer to sellers and make sure they don’t miss any of the important factors of your offer.

About real2designs

I love graphic design and obtained my degrees in Communication and Digital Design back in 2008. I often used my skills to market my own real estate business and would often receive inquiries from other Realtors who like my designs. As such, I decided to set up an Etsy shop. Heck, nothing wrong with a second income stream, right?! Through ETSY, I can offer graphic design services, newsletter templates, marketing brochures, MP4s, social media templates, organization printables and t-shirts to a much wider audience. I'm always thinking of new ideas and designs so why not share it with all of you! I hope you'll bookmark my shop and visit often as I plan to keep on adding every week. I'm easy to reach here on ETSY, so don't be shy about asking your questions. To your success!
