It does a great job of recognizing a positive response such as, "sure, yeah, and okay" from a negative response such as, "no, no thanks, sorry, and not interested".
The AI is then going to action off from that response.
If the reply is positive, we say "great here's the link to book an appointment".
So using the Fast Five automation, you're now taking leads, getting them to book appointments, and all of this without getting your staff of all involved initially.
If the lead responds negatively, you can set up an Internal Notification to your staff or team members.
If they don't reply within two minutes the system will try to connect you with the lead via phone call.
The system will call you and say, "you have a new lead from, and then the contact name, press any key to connect with them now". Pressing any key you know that there's likely someone on the other side of that phone call.
If you're unable to connect with the lead the system will send out your pre-recorded voicemail. This is a ringless voicemail sent to them which will instantly appear to the lead.
All of this is accomplished within the first five minutes of initial contact with a lead. Best of all, it's all automated!
