5 Workflow Automations That Run Your Business

How much time do you spend doing repetitive tasks every day? Here's what my daily tasks consisted of:

With today's technology, there is absolutely no reason you should wasting time on repetitive tasks when there are a hundred other productive things you could and should be focusing on.

What's the biggest search engine in the world today? It's not Zillow, Trulia or Realtor.com.  By comparison, these sites are mere lakes compared to the ocean that is Google. 

Look, the majority of people looking for a real estate agent or mortgage lender will turn to Google first. They will use broad terms such as "lender near me" or "real estate agent in (city)". 

Here's a quick check you can make right now. Go to Google and run a general search using one of these those terms. Are you prominently on the first page?

Chances are likely that you're not. People won't search for your name unless they already have had some significant contact with you.  You could have 100 Zillow reviews but they will not translate to anything on Google. That's a fact.

There are a lot of "fish" in the ocean that is Google but if you don't start dropping lines into the water, you're as good as dead. So what is the best way to climb up Google's search engine ranks? Set up your Google My Business account, get it verified by Google then consistently build up your online reviews.

Ignoring this ocean of potential leads makes no sense at all. Effective marketing requires that you appear in as many channels in as many different ways as possible over and over again. Each time a new review is placed on your Google profile, Google takes notice of it and sends you an email.
